förmliche Versicherung wiederholen, daß selbst im Falle bewaffneten Kon- <br>
fliktes mit Belgien Deutschland unter keinerlei Vorwand belgisches Gebiet <br>
sich aneignen wird. Für Aufrichtigkeit dieser Erklärung bürgt Tatsache, daß <br>
wir Holland feierlich unser Wort verpfändet haben, seine Neutralität ge- <br>
